The Bass and Lobster Foodhouse has been supplying Coffee Republic on King Street with delicious freshly made soups over the winter, but now it's nearly Summer (fingers crossed for sunshine!) we will be preparing a selection of salads, sushi, tarts and cakes.

The salads and sushi are prepared every morning and delivered to Coffee Republic in time for lunch. They are not mass produced in a production kitchen, but are lovingly created by our talented chefs in our restaurant kitchen using as much local produce as possible and only the finest ingredients. No additives, no agents just simply great fresh food!

The cakes and tarts are delicious, pure indulgence! And if you haven't tried them yet the 'Funky Lemon Meringue Tart' is exceptional!

So if you can't make it out to Gorey in your lunch break, why not try some of our food at Coffee Republic - it's the next best thing!
